Dr. Ludwig and his staff at Clayton Valley Orthodontics are dedicated to providing a positive orthodontic experience for all of our patients and their families. FINANCIAL/INSURANCE
In an effort to maintain competitive orthodontic fees while delivering the highest level of professional care possible, we have established the following as our financial policy:

  1. If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a 5% bookkeeping discount. Advance payment saves us time, expense in billing and carrying costs.
  2. Financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months following an appropriate down payment.
  3. Payments can be made by check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card.
  4. Third party financing from the Orthodontists Fee Plan (OFP), currently at 9.9% interest, with no down payment and extended payments may be accepted upon approved credit.

Insurance
If your insurance policy offers orthodontic coverage, we will help you determine the coverage available to you and make arrangements for payment of your account accordingly.

We are happy to assist in filing your claims and handling insurance questions on your behalf.
